Hello. We just tested the app again on the iPad Pro and everything works as it should. Did you connect the MocapX app to Autodesk Maya over wifi or usb? Also can you provide more information about version of Autodesk Maya and OS? Documentation and learning section with tutorials is available here: www.mocapx.com Thank you. MocapX Team

Face tracking is not working if your device don’t have face id.
I use Ipad pro 9.7 too. It is not working in face function. They said on their website
Anyway, I like this app. It is easy to use. I connect with USB and there is no problem. I am waiting for the next develop version
