If you have never had a colonoscopy you may feel a little nervous. Part of your preparation will be making sure you have a clean bowel, as this will help the day go smoothly. Picosalax is a bowel cleanser designed to clean your bowel prior to your colonoscopy and make it easier for the Doctor to see things clearly with the camera. The My Colonoscopy app is a step-by-step guide to help you take your Picosalax correctly. The app will:
• Remind you when to adjust your diet
• Remind you when to start fasting
• Remind you when to take your Picosalax sachets
• Remind you to take your clear fluids
• Offer general information about colonoscopies and what to expect on the day.
The My Colonoscopy app is designed to be used in conjunction with your Doctor's instructions/advice.
