From now on, parents can quickly access full academic information about their children from just one place. They decide how they want to receive the information, what things they want to be told about and how often.

• Monitor learning: keep track of your child's progress with new access to their My Way dashboards. Monitor their achievements and be part of their educational journey.
• On hand support: need help? You can now contact our support team through the app. Get the assistance you need quickly and efficiently.
• Incident reporting and tracking: report and keep track of any technical issues your child may encounter while using My Way. We've added a new form to report any issues and track the status of your incidents in real time.
• My Way FAQs: do you have any doubts or questions related to My Way? We've added a comprehensive FAQ section about the My Way app so you can find the answer to your questions quickly and easily.
• Manage your child's credentials: you can now easily change your child's login credentials within the app. Keeping their information secure has never been easier.
