OCPB Connect แอพพลิเคชั่นให้บริการประชาชนด้านคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค ที่ได้รวบรวมข้อมูล จากหลากหลายหน่วยงานให้สามารถเรียกดู เข้าถึงและตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้ประกอบการ การขึ้นทะเบียนจดแจ้งประกอบธุรกิจ ประกอบอาชีพ เรียกดู และเข้าถึงข้อมูลการเตือนภัยสินค้า บริการ องค์ความรู้ ข่าวสาร รวมทั้งการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบข้อมูลด้าน การคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค และยังตรวจสอบการบริการ เช่น การรับเรื่องร้องทุกข์ การไกล่เกลี่ยออนไลน์ โดยประกอบด้วย 4 หมวด ได้แก่
