Service takes forever
The fact that transfer wise will call you in seconds, and not make you wait on hold very long is such a good benefit. I can’t believe OFX doesn’t have this feature. i’m starting to think that even though they might give you five or $10 more per transfer it’s not worth the hassle and better to just pay a bit more to a better service with transfer wise. i’m so disappointed by sending them emails all the time and then taking forever to reply & they didn’t warn me that my Charles Schwab account was non-transaction so switching accounts took a lot of time and you can’t do anything on the app like switch bank accounts yourself so your hands are really tied behind your back that combined with horrible service that takes forever really makes this horrible experience. Ofx really really needs to improve like transfer Wise. maybe they should hire an executive from chance wise to come and help them be competitive by just having a simple feature where they can call you for free immediately. what a horrible company.
