paydesk is the payment platform for the information business. It is a marketplace where publishers, broadcasters and editors find, book and hire professional newsgathering assets around the world. paydesk puts everybody in touch and guarantees payment, if the job is completed.
paydesk professionals include; journalists, reporters, writers, researchers, translators, camera crews, photographers and fixers.
This app allows professionals in the network to update their availability for work, their location and if are suddenly in the middle of a breaking news story, to upload an advisory that will be tweeted immediately and emailed to clients.
Functionality also includes options to manage paydesk public profiles and monitor incoming payments. More to functionality to follow.
