Very bad version

It is a very bad version. I ever use T or B mode when connecting XIDII with ipad. Today, it cannot work any more. Unable to shoot T or B mode from ipad remote control. Very bad

Can’t get it to work

I connected the X1D II to my iPad Pro 12.9”. It found the camera alright and able to check for firmware update, but I can’t view any photos on my camera!! It says loading photos.... then blank. I can change the settings and control the camera to take photo just fine, but the app shuts itself down every time the camera try to save the photo to the iPad. In short, this app is useless at this current state v. 1.0. This is even worse than the Phocus Mobile 1 with the first X1D. At least that thing worked (very awkwardly).

Developer Response ,

Dear ThomasVong,
We are very sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app.

We have investigated the issue and it seems that it is dependent on the regional settings on the iPad. It will be fixed in the upcoming version. For now, you can try to set the time format on your iPad to use a 24-Hour Time setting (Settings > General > Date & Time) and then restarting the app.

Thank you for your feedback,
The Development Team
