No matter if you are a lazy-bum looking to make a small change or a fitness-freak that hits the gym regularly; there is something for everyone to have a go at. Can’t find something you want to do? Contact us to make a request. Found something you want to try? Book yourself on – what have you go to lose?

Use Project You to:

- Win prizes for doing challenges
- Try something new
- Attend a fitness class or session
- Be part of a competition or league

Some of the challenges will have prizes but you’ve got to be in it to win it so sign-up today!
