They took $60 from my bank account as a authorization hold for my order, I understand it that I know it would coming back to my bank account. But for this case, I waited for 4 days, and it didn't coming back. I made a call to customer service, and she said I must ask my bank service because it was released by Publix already, but when I received a bank statement from my bank service, it's still nothing, $60 isn't coming back, and I think Publix customer service won't do anything because they think it's not their fault. I just lose my $60 with no reason.
