The console is usually placed at the sales counter, but can be placed anywhere. Every time a customer provides feedback it is stored in your account. This allows instant analysis or alert to you or your staff.
The console allows you to ask pertinent questions about the service/product the customer received. Consoles are configurable to your needs and allow you to collate data about various service levels and experiences customers have received.
This allows you to compare performance and issues across branches and spread best practice and consistency across your business.
