Original Myst is more intuitive than realMyst
The story in realMyst and the Original is the same. Nevertheless, I found the user interface of the original version more intuitive and easier to use than the one in the new 3D "real time" version. In the 3D version you need some time to get used to the way you have to move around. In the "old" version it is just a touch and the rest is done for you. Both versions are more or less identical in terms of the story, however I recommend to get the original one due to its more intuitive, no worries interface. I believe that the success of the original version had a lot to do with the intuitive, easy to use interface and the way you could move around, even as a casual user. Even after all these years Myst is still a great and immersive game.
