Description
Recap is a diary study tool for participants to engage in remote user research in China. This app allows you to share your experiences, feedback, or ideas to help shape the future of innovative products or services related to your life.
When you join a project on Recap., you will be given a series of tasks that each pose a question that requires answering in either a video response or by taking a picture, and uploading your response to complete the task.
Suggested usage:
· Use while connected to a stable internet network to ensure the uploading of your video and image tasks are successful.
· Record your responses in a quiet environment to improve the quality of your feedback.
· Ensure your mobile phone has sufficient battery to prevent interrupting the research process.
