Wongnai Merchant App (RMS) empowers restaurant owners with the ability to manage all restaurant information, see and reply to customer reviews. Most importantly, it allows restaurants to take delivery orders from LINE MAN and Wongnai with minimal effort. Moreover, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) feature by simply using phone number is also provided to increase brand loyalty and retain customer base.
Wongnai, Thailand's number 1 review application, has built a new application, which caters to restaurant owners called Wongnai Merchant App (RMS). This is an application that empowers restaurant owners with the ability to manage all restaurant information, see and reply to customer reviews. Most importantly, it allows restaurants to take delivery orders from LINE MAN and Wongnai users with minimal effort. Moreover, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) feature by simply using phone number is also provided to increase brand loyalty and retain customer base.
This is the first time ever, that Wongnai x LINE MAN will be working together to build an amazing application, dedicating to further connection between restaurants and people nationwide together. With this application, restaurant owners are empowered with limitless possibilities, with the potential to generate more revenue through food delivery services by taking advantage of Wongnai and LINE MAN's users, which currently sum up to over 3 million people and counting.

น่าจะเพิ่มโหมดที่ให้พนักงานรับออเดอร์ได้เท่านั้น ปัจจุบันถ้าจะใช้คือพนักงานที่ร้านสามารถกเแก้ไขทุกอย่างในแอพได้หมดเลย รวมทั้งข้อมูลร้าน ซึ่งน่าจะให้แค่ดูและจัดการออเดอร์ได้เท่านั้น

การตอบกลับ รีวิวร้านค้า
อยากให้ทางแอปแก้ไข ให้ร้านอาหารได้ตอบกลับรีวิวคอมเม้นของลูกค้าได้ค่ะ เพราะบางครั้งลูกค้ารีวิวแบบผิดๆ ทำให้ร้านอาหารไม่มีโอกาสได้ชี้แจงหรืออธิบาย ทำให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นที่เข้ามาอ่านเข้าใจผิดไปด้วย หรือแม้แต่ รีวิวอาหารที่ดีลูกค้าชื่นชมอาหาร ร้านค้าก็ไม่สามารถที่จะตอบกลับ แม้แต่คำว่า “ขอบคุณ”ลูกค้าได้เลย อย่างแอปอื่นๆเขายังสามารถตอบกลับรีวิวได้ ทำให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายเข้าใจและพอใจมากขึ้นด้วยค่ะ
