Slow app and dumb tech

The app struggles to load videos on unlimited 5G not good for mobile learning or playing.

This app is ok the first few hours you start playing guitar, and for some exercise's. After that the technology fails and isn’t able to adequately teach you guitar, the computer is unable to determine individual strum strokes and pick strokes instead will recognize the sustain of the previous note and it thinks you strum the pattern but instead you only hit one note, and using the note by note feature doesn’t help that. For learning basic scale and chords the app is ok for actually learning how to strum and pick the notes and chords you’ve learned it’s useless. Once again Ubisoft gets so close then blows it like usual, They should spend less time curating a library of songs I don’t care about and more time getting the teaching done right. Less time copying rockband and guitar hero more time innovating. 😢😢😢

Developer Response ,

Hi FREE_GME, we're sorry that you haven't had a good experience with the note detection. This is not the consistency that we strive for or that we see with many of our players. Our team is always working to dial in our audio technology so your feedback on this front is valuable in helping us continue to improve going forward. If possible, can you please send us more details about your setup at ubisoft.com/help/contact or through the Customer Support link in the Help & Resources section of the Settings Menu?

Knowing more about the instrument you're using, your device, and your playing environment could allow us to offer helps on optimizing and improving your current experience in addition to helping us gather user data for future updates. For example, you might see improvements by using headphones while playing, making sure to use the Noise Reduction feature in the Audio Input menu every time you play or switch locations, or using an audio interface if you have one on hand.

For the issue you've mentioned with slow video loading, we'd also like to hear where you're seeing this in particular. Whether it's specific lessons or videos, etc. However you might be happy to know that we have a change planned for the next update that improves server performance and reliability. We'd love to know if our next update improves your video loading situation.
