nah this app always not update shipping, especially pre-order products… i hope they gonna fix it asap!!!

No ‘protection’ whatsoever.

I ordered some ice cream pints for next day delivery and decided to use Route package protection. The ice cream were shipped with a Next-day delivery service, but it turned out there was a delay and I actually received the package one day later than scheduled. Of course all 4 pints of the icecream have completely melted, as a result of this delay. So it seems to me that they would be considered “Damaged goods”, by definition, because they are no longer edible. And the delay was completely not my fault. So I submit a claim, and Route replied saying that this situation falls outside of the package protection policy. Excuse me? Will you please explain to me how 4 completely melted pints of icecream fall outside of the “damaged goods” definition? I ordered icecream and received thick, sticky cream in liquid form. How is that not damaged?

Don’t waste your time and your money, even if it’s just $0.98, on this company. I wonder if anyone actually ever received a refund or replacement on their packages.

I paid 0.98$ for Route package protection but It doesn't work.
