- feature สำคัญค่อนข้างครบถ้วน
- มี feature อื่นที่แอพอื่นไม่มี อาทิ การกำหนดตำแหน่งของพนักงานให้มีสิทธิ์การจัดการร้านต่างกัน การเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้ารายคน และการระบุสถานะแพ็คของ,สถานะขนส่ง
- มีเว็บไซต์ให้อ่านวิธีการใช้งานแอพเพิ่มเติม
- line @ ตอบคำถามได้ดี แม้จะไม่รวดเร็วเท่าใดนัก เคยรอถึงวันกว่าๆจึงตอบ
[ข้อสังเกต]
- น่าตกใจที่ feature ทั่วไปอย่าง การระบุเลขเป็นทศนิยม ทำไม่ได้
- เข้าใจว่า original app มาจากภาษาเวียดนาม จึงอาจมีบางจังหวะของการใช้งาน มีภาษาเวียดนามขึ้นมาด้วย แต่ก็เพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น
- การเลือกช่วงเวลาในการดูผลดำเนินงานย้อนหลังไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรกับผู้ใช้เท่าไหร่ อยากให้ปรับปรุง UX ในส่วนนี้
แต่ถ้าถามว่าผมจะแนะนำเพื่อนต่อมั้ย บอกได้เลยว่าแอพที่ฟฟรีและดีอันดับต้นไปในใจผม คือ SAPO ครับ
