Unsubscribing from this app is far more complicated than with any other app
This app is not user-friendly, especially when it comes to unsubscribing. Unlike other apps, the process is unnecessarily complicated. I reached out to the help desk, but the responses felt automated and unhelpful. They repeatedly asked for the same information, even after I had already provided it. I even sent screenshots to clarify, yet they continued to request more details instead of resolving the issue. Overall, the experience was frustrating and inefficient.
