Hi! Thanks for your feedback. Please note to receive money in Thailand you don't need to sign up on the Sendwave app. You simply need to communicate your bank account details to your sender. That's why Thai numbers are not supported, no need to enter a Thai number when registering. If you have any more questions, please let us know at wecare@sendwave.com, we're always happy to help.

Danger !!! Warning !!!!
J’ai envoyé 950 il y a plus de 48h l’argent n’est toujours pas reçu. Le service client et totalement injoignable par téléphone. Par tchat ils ne répondent pas. Il demande une vérification par appel, totalement impossible personne ne répond après 5 tentatives d’appel et plus de 30 minutes d’attente à chaque fois. Ils ont subtilisé mon argent et en prime vous demande des documents d’identité. À ne surtout pas utiliser !!!! Gros danger !!!!
I sent 950 more than 48 hours ago, the money has still not been received. Customer service is completely unreachable by phone. They don't respond via chat. He asks for verification by call, totally impossible no one answers after 5 call attempts and more than 30 minutes of waiting each time. They stole my money and as a bonus asked you for identity documents. Do not use at all!!!! Big danger!!!!

Deleted IMMEDIATELY, what a WASTE!
I hate this freaking app, during the registration process, the list of countries isn’t responding and also, it’s not giving all the option, what a waste of time! I’m not gonna be using this service, a big disappointment! 🙄🙄🙄🙄
