เวลาออเดอร์เข้าไม่ค่อยแจ้งเตือนเลยค่ะ จนพี่ไรเดอร์มาถึงจึงทราบว่ามีออเดอร์เข้า
มีเครื่องปริ้นออเดอร์อัติโนมัติก็ไม่ค่อยปริ้นออกมาให้เลย
ปรับปรุงหน่อยนะคะ จะได้สะดวกกับทางร้านและพี่ๆ ไรเดอร์ด้วยค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ
ใช้ยากมากควรปรับปรุง
- ร้านค้าของหมด ยกเลิกออเดอร์เองในแอปก็ไม่ได้
- แก้ไขเมนู เพิ่มเติมรูปเมนูเองก็ไม่ได้
- เสียงตอนออเดอร์เข้าก็แค่ชอปปี้ คิดว่าร้านค้าจะได้ยินไหมค่ะ ขายในตลาดนะคะ
*** ถ้าระบบยังกากห่างไกลชาวบ้านแบบนี้ อย่าเพิ่งคิดเงินร้านค้าเลยค่ะ
ตอบคอมเม้นลูกค้าไม่ได้
ให้ลูกค้ารีวิวได้ แต่ไม่ให้ทางร้านตอบกลับชี้แจงลูกค้า อย่างงี้ไม่แฟร์เลยค่ะ ควรทำให้เหมือนระบบshopee ธรรมดานะคะ ที่ตอบกลับลุกค้าได้
