RISE offers auto-renewing yearly subscriptions to provide unlimited access to all premium features. There’s also a limited-time free trial of 7 days to explore the premium features for free.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your App Store account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Go to your Profile or App Store settings to manage your subscription.

Amazing app! Incredible insights! I truly next generation application

Amazing app! The insights of this app are incredible, and I will be buying an Apple Watch soon to make the most of it. It’s one of the most useful apps I’ve ever used, especially in tandem with the iPhone widgets and live updated daily peaks/dips info. I’m noticing huge improvements on days where I eliminate sleep debt, and get closer to 100% (I feel great even at 70%, so I can’t wait to see how 100% feels!) 😅

To the developers: please work on the UX and UI of the app with a professional to improve the flow and user journey. Since I’ve taken a whole to discover the full potential of the app due to the placement of the features, tools, and the user journey. Especially creating calendar events (scrolling horizontally to find a time for relevant activities makes no sense, and makes it very slow - and the whole process is confusing and unclear, even though I’m 100% aware of the incredible nature of this feature — I just wish it was easier and more straightforward without having to use so much trial and error).

Improving

The app is so great and I love everything about it. It is really worth to pay for. BUT, I would like to see the app to improve because sometimes the energy screen light got decreased and it is quite hard to see the details. Also, the loading time takes too long. Lastly, it is a MUST to improve widget feature to keep showing and refreshing all the time on the phone. There is nothing to show except “tap to refresh”. It is really annoying that I cannot see details from widget and need to get into the app to see it. Hope to see it improves.
