Dirty car and unwilling to pay for car wash
The car was dirty and dusty when I got it, it even has left over drinks and trash from previous driver. I tried to report but there isn’t live chat agent option, finally I landed somewhere in the maze of auto chat bot that says I can claim for car wash. It was a short trip that I rented the car but I still reluctantly spent time and effort to get it cleaned at a car wash, it is really in an unpleasant condition! My car wash reimbursement is rejected as I did not provide a photo of the car being wash. It is not part of the instruction and god knows I am supposed to do that. I tried twice but it is unwilling to reimburse to me. Disappointing.
