Unwanted Ads and Poor Customer Support
While residing outside of India, I have subscribed to an ad-free package for an app. However, I consistently encounter unwanted advertisements whenever I attempt to play any content. These ads are promoting the very app I have already paid for. Even when I try to fast forward, the ads persistently appear. Even pausing and resuming playback triggers another ad. This repetitive occurrence has become excessively bothersome. Despite lodging complaints about my subscription status, I have received no response or assistance from the customer support team. Thus, this app's subpar performance coupled with its lackluster customer support has left me with a negative experience, prompting me not to recommend it. 👎
