3. จ่ายบัตรเครดิตผ่านแอป Supersport.co.th ไม่ได้ บอกข้อมูลไม่ถูก ต้องเปิดคอมจ่าย
4.ใช้การรับสินค้า click and collect ที่สาขา ใช้เวลาส่งถึง 4 วัน ค่อนข้างช้ามาก
แต่ๆๆพนักงานที่สาขาชิดลม บริการรวดเร็วและบริการดีครับ โดยรวม แอปคงต้องพัฒนามากกว่านี้ เพราะใช้งานยากจริงครับ
ถูกยกเลิกสินค้า
ในแอพขึ้นว่ามีสินค้า พอกดสั่งซื้อ จ่ายเงิน ระบบก็แจ้งว่าสินค้าไม่มี หมด แล้วก็ถูกยกเลิกออเดอร์ไป จ่ายเงินเรียบร้อย รอรีฟันด์ ผ่านมาอีกวันลองเข้าไปเช็คของตัวเดิมดู ระบบยังขึ้นว่ามีสินค้าชิ้นนั้นอยู่อีก ลองสั่งซื้อเปลี่ยนการจ่ายเงินเป็นเก็บปลายทาง กดสั่งซื้อได้ แล้วก็ถูกยกเลิกออเดอร์เหมือนเดิม เป็นหลายครั้งมาก ทำไมไม่อัพเดทสินค้าให้ตรงตามสต็อค รอบแรกจ่ายเงินเรียบร้อย พอมีการยกเลิกออเดอร์ กว่าจะได้เงินคืน ใช้เวลา 2 สัปดาห์ ของบางอย่างที่อยากได้ก็ต้องมารอเงินรีฟันด์ก่อน ให้ 1 ดาวเพราะเป็นแบบนี้มาตลอด ไม่เคยมีการปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นเลย
Application ไม่เสถียร
กดสั่งซื้อไม่ได้ แอปขึ้นแจ้งเตือนให้เลือกที่อยู่ในการรับสินค้า ทั้งๆที่เลือกรับที่สาขาและจัดส่งที่อยู่ปกติ ก็ขึ้นเตือนทุกครั้ง ยิ่งพัฒนาแอปยิ่งแย่ ใช้งานยากกว่าเมื่อก่อน มีปัญหาบ่อย จากที่ควรขายได้ลูกค้าหนีไปซื้อจากแหล่งอื่น หมั่นตรวจสอบแอปและหาผู้ที่เชี่ยวชาญด้านการทำแอปใหม่นะคะ
