สั่งแล้วแก้ไขอะไรไม่ได้เลย แล้วจะติดต่อก็ต้องโทร ไม่มีความสะดวกแต่อย่างใด 10วัน ของลูกค้าตีกลับก็ไม่แจ้งในแอป ในเมล ห่วย
ทำการช้า ติดต่อยาก แอปใช้ยาก

สั่งแล้วแก้ไขอะไรไม่ได้เลย แล้วจะติดต่อก็ต้องโทร ไม่มีความสะดวกแต่อย่างใด 10วัน ของลูกค้าตีกลับก็ไม่แจ้งในแอป ในเมล ห่วย

App ปรับปรุงแล้ว แต่ไม่มีความคืบหน้าของ Order ว่าจะส่งของได้เมื่อไหร่ สต๊อคสินค้าแย่มาก ของหมด แต่ให้กดซื้อจ่ายเงินได้ ซื้อของ 2 ชิ้น ส่งมาชิ้นเดียว อีกชิ้นไม่มีอีเมล์อะไรมาบอกว่ายกเลิก รึ จะส่งของได้เมื่อไหร่เลย เป็นแบบนี้หลายครั้งแล้ว

App ปรับปรุงแล้ว แต่ไม่มีความคืบหน้าของ Order ว่าจะส่งของได้เมื่อไหร่ สต๊อคสินค้าแย่มาก ของหมด แต่ให้กดซื้อจ่ายเงินได้ ซื้อของ 2 ชิ้น ส่งมาชิ้นเดียว อีกชิ้นไม่มีอีเมล์อะไรมาบอกว่ายกเลิก รึ จะส่งของได้เมื่อไหร่เลย เป็นแบบนี้หลายครั้งแล้ว

ระบบของการขายสินค้า online ของ Supper sports ควรได้รับการปรับปรุงอย่างมากและเร่งด่วน 1. สินค้าที่ลงขายในแพลตฟอมร์ม กับของในคลังที่มีอยู่จริงไม่สอดคล้องกัน ในเคสของผมสั่ง 1080v14 Women สี Grey US9 ในแอพบอกมีสินค้า แต่ตอนสั่งซื้อกลับไม่มี และถูกยกเลิก มารู้ตอนภายหลังว่ามีคนสั่งเยอะ แล้วจัดส่งให้ไม่ได้ 2. ระบบการจัดส่งผิดพลาด เคสของผมซื้อ 2 คู่ US7 กับ US9 ระบบแจ้งมาว่าถูกยกเลิกเบอร์ US7 แต่ส่ง US7 มาให้ 3. แบบฟอร์มในการขอคืนเงินก็ไม่มีให้เลือกสำหรับถูกยกเลิกจาก Supper sport ผมก็ต้องเลือกให้ทาง บ เข้ามารับ ไม่สมเหตุสมผลเป็นอย่างมาก เกิดว่าหลังบ้านไม่คุยกันอีกส่งคนมาจริงๆ ก็จะมาเป็นภาระกับลูกค้า 4. จากการที่ได้ส่ง email ไปและโทรทางศัพท์ก็รู้สึกว่าไม่ได้ ตอบสนองหรือแคร์ความรู้สึกของลูกค้าเท่าไหร่
