Instantly generated swim workouts. You don't need to set up an account you will get instant access to all resources so you can get started with your workout right away. Enjoy access to a diverse workout database. You will find what you are looking for, whether you swim long distances, short distances, open water or if you are a triathlete you will find a workout that fits your needs.
You can set parameters to the workout generator such as the time you have, the type of pool you swim in or the difficulty you like.
App is also available on your Apple Watch so you can, access your scheduled workouts, generate new one on the fly or use the built in stopwatch while in the pool !
