แอปพลิเคชันนี้เป็นเครื่องมือการรายงานสถานการณ์น้ำสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่กรมชลประทานและประชาชนทั่วไป โดยมีคุณสมบัติต่างๆ ดังนี้
- ระบบการตรวจวัดระดับน้ำด้วยโทรศัพท์มือถือ โดยการถ่ายภาพเสาวัดระดับน้ำของกรมชลประทานที่ถูกติดตั้งในลำน้ำต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ จากนั้นระบบจะรายงานระดับน้ำ ณ จุดนั้นๆ ให้ทราบโดยอัตโนมัติ
- การรายงานจากเจ้าหน้าที่ถึงสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ รวมทั้งการแก้ไขและบรรเทาปัญหาต่างๆ
- เป็นช่องทางการรับฟังความคิดเห็น และการเปิดโอกาสให้ประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการรายงานสถานการณ์น้ำ และบริหารจัดการน้ำ
- การติดตามสถานการณ์น้ำในลําน้ำต่างๆ ผ่านการสแกน QR-Code ที่ถูกติดตั้งอยู่ตามชุมชน หรือสะพาน เป็นต้น
- การรายงานสถานการณ์น้ำจากสถานีตรวจวัดน้ำฝน อ่างเก็บน้ำ และโทรมาตรขนาดเล็ก จากสถานีที่ใกล้กับผู้ใช้งาน
