Add Team Messages

Add team message it will be useful especially for Artillery like Mark Artillery
,"Shoot Artillery here" and more common messages like SOS Or Attack or Defend like that please do it and keep up the good work this is The greatest mobile device tank games I ever seen!

This ID can't play. But I can play with another ID. Why?

Before it was this problem, I went to the match and then I die without play anything (death -1). So,I out of game about 3 times. Till now my ID can’t play. It shows authorization.
