- Integrates with Fitbit, Apple Watch, Apple Health and most popular activity trackers.
- Check your competitions & teams, join step and wellness challenges, create a personalized wellbeing plan and access daily content , convert activities to steps, and participate in discussions.
- Listen to over 150+ audio guides across 40+ topics and access written and audio content on key mental health topics.
Note: This app is for members of organizations engaged in a Be Well corporate wellness programs with Terryberry.
