เสียเงินแต่ไม่ได้อ่าน
โดนตัดเงินไปแล้ว ดันบอกบัญชี itune มีปัญหา กะแอพอื่นก็ไม่เป็นไร นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองแบ้วที่ต้องขอ refund เวลาผ่านมาเป็นปี ไม่แก้ไขอะไรเลย ไม่มั่นใจเวลาจะซื้อผ่าน truebook แล้ว
ทางไอทูนมาเรียกเก็บเงินค่าหนังสือจากผม แต่ผมไม่สามารถโหลดหนังสือมาอ่านได้เลย
ผมได้ทำการซื้อนิตยสาร Play เล่มที่ 42, 43, 44 ผ่านแอพ Truebook บน The new iPad version 6.1.3 โดยเมื่อผมได้กดยืนยันสั่งซื้อหนังสือเป็นเงิน เล่มละ $1.99 แล้วนั้น ทางแอพ มีข้อความขึ้นมาว่า can not connect itune และก็กลับมาที่หน้าเดิม เมื่อผมกดซื้ออีกครั้ง ก็มีข้อความแจ้งว่า คุณได้ทำการซื้อหนังสือเล่มนี้แล้ว ให้กด ok เพื่อทำการโหลดหนังสือใหม่ พอผมกด ok ก็มีข้อความเดิมขึ้นมา can not connect itune และก็ไม่สามารถโหลด Play มาอ่านได้ ผมก็ได้ไปลองกับฉบับอื่น ซึ่งผลก็ได้เหมือนเดิม ผมก็ปล่อยไป หลังจากนั้นก็มีอีเมลแจ้งสรุปการซื้อแอพจาก iTune มาแจ้งว่า ผมได้ทำการซื้อ Play vol. 42 จำนวนทั้งหมด 8 ครั้ง เป็นเงิน $1.99 x 8 และ Play vol. 43 x 2 ครั้ง และ Play vol. 44 x 2 ครั้ง รวมผมต้องจ่ายให้ iTune $23.88 โดยที่ผมไม่สามารถโหลด Play มาอ่านได้เลย ซึ่งเงินจำนวนนี้ผมได้แจ้งกับทาง apple support ให้ทำการ refund ให้ผมแล้ว และทางผมก็สามารถซื้อแอพอื่นจาก appstore ได้ตามปรกติไม่มีปัญหาใดใด
จึงอยากทราบว่าปัญหานี้เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไร
ทำไมในเมื่อผมซื้อหนังสือไม่ได้ แต่ทางคุณมาเรียกเก็บเงินจากผม
และตอนนี้ในหน้าสำหรับใส่โคด ก็ไม่มีช่องให้ใส่โคด มีแต่รูปโฆษณาว่าลด 15%
สรุปว่าโปรแกรมนี้สามารถที่จะใช้งานได้จริงรึยัง ระบบมีความพร้อมมากน้อยแค่ไหน และทีม support ที่จะช่วยตอบปัญหาการใช้งานและแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้ามีบ้างมั้ย

ห่วยมาก
หลังจากอัพเดท หนังสือทุกเล่มก็หายไป พอจะกด Restore แอพก็เด้งออก นิตยสารที่เคยสมัครรายปีไว้ก็หายไปจาก subscriptions หมด เอาเงินตรูคืนมา
