Subscribed for a trial but later was charged without informing anything with the package I did not select with 59.98 USD. So difficult to unsubscribe as it did not appear in my iphone subscription list. No re fund. No return

ทีแรกคิดว่ามีให้ทดลอง 7 วัน เลยกรอกเลขบัตรเคดิต สรุปมีการหักบัตร 2 ยอด ยอดแรก เป็นรายเดือน ยอด 2 อะไรก็ไม่รู้เลยเมลไปถามขอคืนเงิน ได้รับการตอบกลับมาว่า ไม่มีให้ทดลอง คุณเป็นคนกรอกบัตรเอง ส่วนยอด 2 เป็นการเลือกเพิ่มแอดวานซ์ อ่ะ เลยบอกอย่างน้อยคุณควรคืนเงินยอดที่ 2 เพราะฉันกดแค่รายเดือน ไม่มีการถามยืนยันว่าเพิ่มเงินให้ใช้แอดวานซ์อะไรเลย เพราะตัดบัตรพร้อมกัน อย่ามาอ้างว่าลูกค้าเลือกเอง
ได้เมลกลับมาบอกว่าไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ แต่เสนอให้ใช้แอฟฟรีต่อ 3 เดือน เอ้าาา ถ้าไม่ผิดจริงจะเสนอสิทธิ์พิเศษทำไม แอฟอาจจะดีนะ แต่ไม่ใช้ค่ะ ไม่โอเคกับการหลอกลวง
