จากการออกแบบโดยให้ผู้ป่วยเป็นจุดศูนย์กลางของแผนแบบ (patient centric design) ทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีประสบการณ์ใช้แอปพลิเคชันที่ราบรื่นและสะดวกสบาย โดยแอปพลิเคชัน Vajira @ Home สามารถให้ผู้ป่วยนัดแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญของโรงพยาบาลวชิรพยาบาล ให้คำปรึกษา วินิจฉัยโรค รักษา และจ่ายยาผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเดียว นอกจากนี้ แอปพลิเคชันยังสามารถให้ผู้ป่วยเข้าถึงข้อมูลการนัดหมาย, ประวัติการรักษาของตนเอง, คิวการรับบริการในจุดต่างๆ ในโรงพยาบาลวชิรพยาบาล, บันทึกค่าต่างๆ ให้แพทย์ติดตามความคืบหน้าของอาการ, บันทึกค่าบางค่าผ่านการเชื่อมต่อกับเครื่องมืออื่นๆ เช่น นาฬิกาดิจิตอลและเครื่องตรวจน้ำตาลดิจิตอล, แจ้งเตือนเหตุฉุกเฉินเพื่อเรียกรถพยาบาล (Emergency Medical Service), ระบบการติดตามการส่งยาผ่านไปรษณีย์, ระบบ e-KYC ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน และอื่นๆ อีกมากมายที่จะเข้ามาในอนาคต เพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายและส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นอย่างทั่วถึงและปลอดภัยจากโรคแพร่ระบาดที่มีโอกาสติดเชื้อจากการเดินทางมาที่โรงพยาบาล แอปพลิเคชั่นมีการใช้ Health app โดยจะขออนุญาตจากผู้ใช้งานก่อน เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถตรวจดูข้อมูลการเดินและกิจกรรมในแต่ละวันผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่น Vajira@Home ได้
