1. เคยมีปัญหาเข้าไม่ได้ เพราะผ่านอีเมล์ แต่ตอนเราสมัครพรีเมี่ยมเราลงทะเบียนผ่านเฟสบุ้คไว้ อีเมล์เดียวกัน ตรงนี้จริงๆน่าจะใช้ได้หรือนับรวมให้เป็นเมลล์เดียวกันไปเลยได้นะคะ
2. 1ยูสสามารถล็อคอินได้3มือถือหรือไอแพด บวกกับ1pcหรือแมค ถือว่าคุ้มกับราคา99฿ ล็อคอินนอกเหนือจากนี้เด้งนะค้าา
3.จอดำ ดูไม่ได้ ถ้าดูผ่านคอม ให้ปิดไวไฟออกก่อนแล้วเชื่อมกับhotspots มือถือแทนแล้วลองเล่นใหม่ ถ้าได้ค่อยกลับมาเชื่อมไวไฟ แต่มันจะต้องต่อแบบนี้ไปตลอด ให้ไปเช็คตัวตั้งค่าไวไฟว่าติ้กipv6ไว้มั้ย ให้ติ้กออกค่ะอันนี้ไปหารายละเอียดเองนะ ยาวอ่ะ
4.ทุกครั้งที่มีปัญหาติดต่อเพจviu thailand แอดมินให้การตอบกลับดี ถึงแม้บางครั้งจะช่วยได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้างแต่อยากน้อยการมีreaction เมื่อลูกค้ามีปัญหาถือว่าช่วยให้ลูกค้าอุ่นใจได้มาก พูดจาสุภาพและไม่เหวี่ยงวีน และช่วยเหลือเต็มที่ตอบกลับก็ค่อนข้างไว
5.ตัวแอพลื่นดี ดูลื่นซัพโอเค อัพค่อนข้างไว มีรายละเอียดของทั้งหนังและนักแสดงดีมาก เพราะบางทีชอบนักแสดง สามารถกดเข้าชื่อไปดูผลงานอื่นๆได้ ดีค่ะ
6.ข้อแนะนำ อยากให้รวมซีรี่ย์ที่จบแล้วเป็นอีกcategory แยกมาค่ะ จะดีมากๆและง่ายต่อการหา
