Please make more development

I'm using iPad pro 2021 and found the app is not responsive while scrolling down. I have tried deleting and downloading the app many times but still the same problem is occurring. By the way, the app is very useful helping learning my Japanese.

Do I need to paid each language?

After paid for premium user the app still shows that I’m a normal user and need to restore purchase every single time.
And I still be a normal user in other languages which I didn’t purchase so DO I NEED TO PAID EACH LANGUAGES?
