‧ It’s time-consuming when you need to edit multiple tickets on-the-move, so in this update we’ve introduced the first improvement for bulk ticket editing. From today, you can select multiple tickets and bulk change their status in one update. Try it out and let us know which other edit actions would be useful. We also fixed some bugs and made minor improvements.
