Description
为深入贯彻《干部教育培训工作条例》，全面落实大规模培训干部、大幅度提高干部素质的战略任务，创新培训方法，提高培训质量，伊犁州党委组织部建立了伊犁州领导干部在线学习中心。
伊犁州领导干部在线学习中心的主要任务是利用网络技术提供干部在线学习服务，同时承担党员干部远程教育资源库技术管理服务工作。在线学习中心的建设目标是搭建 “高质量、大容量、系统化”的学习平台和实现网上“教”、“学”、“考”、“管”一体化。
伊犁州领导干部在线学习中心按照“超前、深度、及时、实用”的要求，以“先行试点、探索规律、逐步推开”的建设思路，紧紧围绕“学员、平台、课件、服务”四个方面分期分批逐步推进干部在线学习工作。
伊犁州领导干部在线学习中心突出“以学员为中心”的个性化培训理念，充分整合全国优质干部教育培训资源，引进课件突出前沿、高端, 自建课件突出及时、实用，建成科学化、一体化的干部教育培训内容体系；初步形成质量管理体系，建成中心—组织部门—参学单位（联络员）三级联动的共同管理促学督学工作机制，学习支持服务质量和水平不断提高，最大限度地满足州直县级领导干部学习的需要，为干部终身学习、持续学习提供了资源、技术、服务等支持。
