“芷江融媒”客户端是芷江侗族自治县委、县政府的官方客户端，由芷江侗族自治县融媒体中心运营。该客户端综合应用文字、图片、视频、H5等多媒体形式，提供新闻、民生资讯、政务等服务，是发布芷江政策的主平台、获取芷江信息的主渠道、推介芷江成就的主窗口，更好地传播芷江声音，讲好芷江故事，展现芷江形象，彰显芷江魅力。该客户端由湖南日报社开发建设的“新湖南云”提供相关数据资源和技术支持。
