After update review

After update i like your UI it is better than it was. However you start having a lot of errors like something went wrong try again letter. When u start an app it takes a lot of time to refresh the of account balance and cards attached info on main screen even you are on high speed wifi or mobile data. Transfer to card part of app start having issues not all the time exchange rate is popping out and doest the exchange. Those big bulky boxes on top with stories kind of thing is extra i think it should be removed and your bar of favorite transactions should be placed there as per me. Pretty much it. Thanks

Issues with International Transfers and Customer Service

This app is good for managing money and paying for services within Tajikistan, as it works well for local transactions. However, when it comes to sending money abroad, especially with their so-called "no commission" for international transfers, the experience is frustrating. The bank has set a minimum limit of $50 for transfers, which is problematic. What if I need to send less? Am I supposed to send the $50 and then ask for the excess to be returned? This approach is illogical and inconvenient for users.

Additionally, the customer support is lacking. When problems arise, it takes an extremely long time to get a response, and even in the online chat, you're often left waiting with no answers. This is especially frustrating considering that customer service should be the top priority, particularly for issues involving money transfers.

For now, I would switch to alternative apps that are more efficient and responsive, at least until the service improves. I hope Alif returns to its previous level of service, focusing on making users' lives easier and more convenient, offering seamless local and global transactions without unnecessary restrictions.

Amazing app

When I got caught by COVID-19 last year. I stayed at home for two weeks and after recovery I resumed my normal work. However, I couldn’t provide my company with medical documents from hospital and I did not receive medical payment from my company. I had no money at that time and didn’t know what to do. Then I realized that Alif Mobi with Salom card plugged in my phone. Finally, I was so happy and was suddenly able to groceries for my family without any interest charges for 10 days.
