Very bad
In business taxi MUST BE Bluetooth, when I ordered driver said “if you want then connect by yourself” what? Nice service. When I wrote about it to Careem, asking to call driver only after ride. 1 min later they called captain while I was in a car, and said I complain about Bluetooth. After the call captain was angry at me and asks me why the **** I did that. and it was the most uncomfortable rides in my life
When I wrote about it again to support all they say “sorry sorry” and I asked to AT LEAST give me discount or give money back for a ride as I am using Careem for 3 months. They read and closed conversation with me without any words. Do not even try econom, because too many drivers are sweaty and it’s impossible to ride.
