What is the idea of CITY STORIES?

CITY STORIES is part of the reinvention of a museum - the Stadtmuseum Bonn. This is currently developing into an open place by everyone and for everyone, a place for dialogue about life in Bonn. And you can be part of it now.

CITY STORIES is based on the idea that city history is fed by the stories of its inhabitants. The fringe ensemble (Bonn) sent a team into the city for the Stadtmuseum Bonn. They asked citizens in different parts of the city to spontaneously tell a personal story they experienced at a place in Bonn and to donate it for the project CITY STORIES.

From the large number, 50 stories were selected, which you can now listen to at the corresponding locations with this app developed especially for the CITY STORIES - spoken by actors. You can expect surprising, funny, touching and definitely new things about the history(s) of the city.
