This is simple calculator for wheat and flour blending applications. The total cost of grain can be determined, by inputing all factors associated with grain pricing.
In addition a flour blending calculator is included. This calculates the best priced grist to target protein level and Extensibility.
Both calculators can be used a guide when choosing an blending flours and grains.
