החל מחודש יולי 2019 נאסרה הרכיבה על אופניים חשמליים או גלגינוע - קורקינט ממונע, למי שאין ברשותו רישיון נהיגה או מי שטרם עבר בהצלחה מבחן תיאוריה רגיל או מבחן תאוריה ייעודי - מי שעובר את הבחינה מקבל רישיון מיוחד בדרגת A3.
עם האפליקציה הזאת תוכלו להגיע מוכנים לבחינה הייעודית.
ניתן להבחן מגיל 15.5, ולנסוע בפועל מגיל 16.
האפליקציה הזו בנויה על בסיס "תאוריה החדשה" המצליחה והוותיקה, שמאות אלפים נבחנו ועברו תאוריה בעזרתה.
