Curated for power, strength and core-fitness, Reformcore elevates the Reformer Pilates experience to be more efficient and effective than ever. Reformcore works you harder, using state-of-the-art Reformer Pilates machines and equipment to build muscular endurance and strength.

About Reformcore Classes

Curated to playlists designed to empower and strengthen full body and mind. Reformcore will work you to the maximum for a majority of the class, using repetitive movements to build muscular endurance and strength.
Our format uses tiny isometric contractions at the deeper part of full range movements to isolate and strengthen muscles. We round out each section with a powerful finisher to exhaust our muscles to tone and define. Concentration is a key component in the Reformcore method to achieve a hyper-meditative state.
