日記機能には、学会でも発表された「世界一簡単な日記」を取り入れています。
一日の終わりにその一日を「まる」、「ばつ」、「さんかく」で評価しよう。

継続することでどんな一日が自分にとって良い日か、どんな一日が悪い日なのかよくわかります。
よい日悪い日の判断基準は変化します。判断基準の変化に気づくことができるのがこのアプリの特徴です。
