本软件的正常功能和服务建立在以下条件或基础上：用户设备已开机，通话功能正常，并已正常开启无线网络功能；其紧急联系人的电话能够正常使用和接听，无线网络功能被正常开启；双方所处的网络环境和通信链路正常。
