3Grab is online Simcard registrations for Lao PDR. Dealers can download and register your subscriber Simcard online, anywhere, anytime to fulfill regulatory obligation and compliance with law.

Simple 3 steps to register your customer with their mobile operators
1. Log-in and select mobile operator
2. Take photos of supporting documents, fill out registrant information
3. Review, submit, then your customer will receive SMS notification of approve/reject within 5-7 days
