The Active World app is your self managed personal portal and companion app for the Active World Leisure Management solution. Just enter your centre's name or scan its QR code to connect to your centre. Active World allows you to:

• View upcoming classes
• Book new classes
• Advise of your child’s non-attendance and book make-up lessons
• Track learning pathways and progression
• Receive digital awards for effort, teamwork, perseverance and having FUN!
• Send and receive messages to the Centre staff
• Manage personal and billing details
• Add relatives to your account so they also have visibility of schedules and progression

Active World is the key communication tool used between you and your leisure centre.

Thanks for using the Active World App. In this release we have implemented some user interface changes, feature additions and updates to enhance your experience. These include:

• A new dashboard screen and layout
• Theme colour adjustment
• Improved filter features in Payment Summary, and Access Card screens
• New filter feature in Book Session screens
• Improved user interface for Buy Membership and Buy Visit Pass screens
• Promotion code feature for Visit Pass Confirmation screen
• Updated calculations and added details on Membership Confirmation screen
• New module delivering Wexer online classes if included in your membership
• Updated Contact Centre feature
• Updated UI for the Centre Code, Login, Sign Up and Forgot Password screens
• Bug fixes
