该平台主要用于按照GMP要求对整个药品生产、检验、审核、放行进行记录、追溯。药品生产记录由操作人员上传、填写后，交由生产负责人审核，生产负责人审核无误后递交请检需求。检验人员得到请检请求后，进行取样、分析，并填写检验报告，交由其他分析人员或者具有分析证书的质量受权人进行复核，复核无误后质量受权人进行产品的放行审核，确认无误后进行放行审批。产品放行后，分析员才可以进行检测报告的打印。
