Axess.Leads app works in combination with the Axess.Leads web portal offered by Axess to its fair customers.
Using Axess.Leads web portal, fairs can create accounts for their exhibitors, who in turn can create app user accounts for their colleagues at the fair booth.
During the fair, the exhibitors' booth staff uses the Axess.Leads App to collect leads data by scanning the ticket barcode at the fair visitor's Print@home, mobile or Apple Wallet tickets.
For each fair visitor scanned, booth staff can not only fetch contact data, but also add the lead's individual interests, documents the lead likes to receive later as well as notes and ratings about the lead.
Finally, exhibitors use the Axess.Leads web portal for having a complete list of all leads booth staff had a talk with during the fair, including the individual data recorded.
Import and export functionality makes it easy to interact with standard Office applications, dashboards facilitate getting a quick overview during the fair about the key figures of lead tracking.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
