Sometimes the location given is not relatable
Price Changes when you arrive!
I confirmed my order for a taxi and the price was 17dt. I didn’t have the time to capture it and just took my taxi back home just to be surprised afterward! The driver asked for 22dt! I went back to check my application and guess what! The price changed from 17 to 22 and I didn’t even have that amount on me it was such a very aweful moment and it felt like a scum To me! Especially that it wasn’t even the 1st time! You tried to charge me way more then the original fees once but thanx god I had a capture with me that time! Stop scumming people and change fees whenever you want!
I gave you two stars only cause you got good and friendly drivers.
Bolt has created a cab crises in the country
rudiculous prices, I understand that the price changes depending on the time and the demand on the taxi booking, however prices should have a limit, this is Tunisia and to pay 20+dt for a 10 minute ride is unacceptable. people find themselves forced to order the cab because of extreme heat and tiredness Bolt has created a trend where cabs are no longer working normally and would only accept a Bolt ride. I now feel that Bolt and Bolt drivers are taking advantage of customers because they know that we have no other alternative. You SHOULD make a price control, there’s a law that conditions pricing for rides, you should abide by the Tunisian law or at least make price increases within reason.
