A unique and accurate calculation tool for use especially in loft conversions that calculates the exact quantity of Carpenters Mate Pro Hex and HD Hex Head screws that are required for fixing any number of joints in a structural timber application. The calculations ensure that the joints are fully compliant and designed to British Standard BSEN-1995-1-1. The production of a certificate once you have completed your calculations to provide to your Local Authority Building Control ensures peace of mind and saves valuable time.

• Makes maths and specification easier for any loft conversion
• Works out the capacity of a specified number of bolts in a joint and tells you how many Carpenters Mate Hex or HD Hex screws are required to give an equivalent joint strength
• Our Multiple Member Spacing tool shows you where to fix screws instead of bolts in a multiple member connection.
• Can be used for various structural joint applications such as staircases or window frames
• Each calculation can be saved as a different project
• Print off the calculation certificate to provide to your Local Authority Building Control
